Partnership

GAI and CMT have reached an agreement for a technical collaboration arising from the need to improve competitiveness in sectors of interest, as well as from needs related to the evolution of the organisation and company management. An important result of the agreement is the defence and development of the market of reference through constant improvement of the service offered.
CMT designs and produces centrifugal atomisers for spray dryer facilities. Their employment regards drying processes in the food, ceramics, chemical, pharmaceutical, milk and cheese and zootechnical industries where continuous automated dehydration is required in order to obtain dry powders.

The primary consequence of the link between the two companies at this time is to broaden our production range through the mutual transfer and sharing of technological know-how.
Synergies are exploited in the field of high-value replacement parts, such as with different types of fan wheels - the element subject to the greatest stress - made using special materials (duplex, titanium, inconel, hastelloy...).

The rotary valves, are usually installed for the interception, unloading and metering of powders or granules coming from spray dryers, cyclones, filters, sylos, fluid beds, granulators etc…
The rotary valves permit also the feed and adjustment of a continuous flow of powders or granules without making any overloaded or flow obstruction in productive systems.

According to construction tipology, finishing degree, materials and employed components , the rotary valves can be utilized for food, chemical, pharmaceutical, feedstuff products.
Construction tipology:
