A service for our customers
This Web site originated as a project to offer our Customers innovative solutions using the Internet as a means for managing planning and sales activities with a direct line between supplier and customer so as to simplify procedures for the definition of the product and the management/filling of orders through more rapid, efficient and professional service.

The Web site is structured as follows:
- presentation of the company including a description of the activity engaged in, type of services offered
  and any particular features and specialised activities of the company;
- a general picture of products and services available;
- a catalogue available to all illustrating exemplary products;
- a section reserved for individual customers with access protected by a password making available the records of the last five years of the production that regards him;

a mention of a partnership that we consider to be a very important compliment to the services offered

  How the records centre functions.
For select clientele the project offers a completely autonomous interactive service making it possible for a previous customer to gain access by using a password to a reserved area making available records of all parts produced for that particular customer, including technical features, plans and images of reference, thus allowing him to locate the catalogue code number and proceed to place an order. The product cards contain all necessary information for a correct evaluation of the part viewed.
In the records centre you will be able to conduct research on your parts and to advise our company with an electronic memo indicating any parts about which further information is required before placing the order. You will become eligible for this function with the placement of your first order. You will thus gain access to information about all products made for your company over time with a guarantee of always being updated and of being in direct contact with GAI srl.
